Receiving Signals

How do I receive the daily signals?

All signals are sent out via Telegram Messenger app. You can set this up on your computer or on your mobile phone. Visit https://telegram.org/ to learn how to download and set this up.

I am not sure if I am in the correct Telegram Channel?

The name of the Telegram Channel is Signal Profits. You should see history of previous signals

Subscription Questions

How do I upgrade my monthly plan to annual or semi-annual?

The best way to upgrade your monthly plan to an annual or semi-annual plan, is to visit your account page HERE , and create account if first time visiting that page. Then click on Change Subscription, click on Subscribe under the plan you want to change to and close pop up. Then click on Cancel subscription button and the pop up will display your active subscriptions. Select the plan you wish to cancel, close box, and your all done.

I do not have a credit card, can I pay with Paypal or Crypto?

unfortunately, because this is a subscription service, the only option we have at this time is to pay with a credit card. We are looking at adding Paypal and Bitcoin as payment options for the semi-annual and annual plans in the near future

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel at any time. Visit your account page HERE , and create account if first time visiting that page. Then click on Cancel Account. Your account will be cancelled immediately and there will be no further charges on your account.

When I cancel does my access end right away?

Yes, when you cancel your services, your access to Telegram and the Private Groups will be terminated right away. Unfortunately there is no way for us to schedule a cancellation in the future. So please make sure to notify us or cancel when you are ready to cancel all the services.

My credit card is about to expire, how can I update this?

Visit your account page HERE , and create account if first time visiting that page. Then click on Manage Card, enter card information, and make sure to choose as default.

How do I access the Signal Profits VIP FB Group

Using Signals

When are the signals sent out?

You can expect to receive the new trading signals approximately 7am PST, -8:00 UTC. In some cases, the signals could come earlier or later, because we are waiting for the trades to set up.

How many signals will I receive?

The amount of signals will depend on the markets and the set up's that are in the market each day. We will typically provide about 2-3 per day, but in same cases it could be more or less. In very touch market conditions, we might opt to hold back from any trades to just sit and wait and not put our capital at risk.

How much should I invest?

The amount of capital you decide to invest is a personal question and we cannot tell you what that amount is. What we can suggest is that you keep all your position sizes the same, so that the risk reward set up on each stays consistent. This will make sure that you do not have any oversize losses on one trade that cannot be made back on another.

Do I have to enter the trades on the exchange the signal calls out?

Each signal will come with the chart and Exchange that the set up was found on. The best option will be to enter the signal on the same exchange that the set up was found on but you are able to enter the signal onto any exchange that you wish that has the signal pair

How do I raise stops on open positions?

this would assume you already have a stop in place. If not, see the videos below for setting a stop. If you do already have a stop open, then you will need to "cancel" or "close" the stop limit order and then create a new one with the new SL indicated on the signal

Do I have to enter the trades on the exchange the signal calls out?
